Sorry Ilz-design, but thr last one is not a stylized hand. You are getting far away from your concept, which is brilliant.
SVP imaginez plusieures mains et montrer les nous pour trouver une qui nous plait.

La main doit a la fois etre symbolisee mais forte. La premiere est un peu mouffle, main de bebe faible grassouillette- il faut differencier un peu les doigts, mais garder la rondeur du mouvement, l'impression doit etre: force et legerete, les doigts pas ecarquilles comme dans une main relaxee mais comme dans une main active mais legere.

That's what what I mean when I am thinking about a stylized hand. That's cool!. Just change two details and you'll see a brilliant logo.
First of all, the fingers: try to make them thiner a little bit and keep somehow the harmony between the sizes of the fingers. The forefinger is usualy shorter than the middle finger; The ring finger is longer than the little finger. The position of the thumb is great.

And secondly, the neck. Look of the first version. The place between the head of the bird meats the hand-wing forming a perefectly round shape. In your last version there is a small angle formed by the hand and the head. Please, make the spot where the head meats the hand round and simple.

Yes I like it. But, please, I was reffering about version 3. Sorry, but on my screen I have another order. Tht's why version 3 is version 4. So, the fingers are very good, but poot them in the version 3 (like you have it on your screen). That's the version I am interested in. and please try to sort the "round neck" without the little angle. And we are done with the modifications.

We like this one. We decided to work on this one. Please make the fingers-wing (exept the thumb) to be orientated verticaly and no diagonaly like it is now. But no totaly vertical, just adjust the angle between the head and the wing. We want the hand wing to hint that it is a hand.

The last version of the bird is much more dynamic and I like it. I am just a little pensive about the character of the bird: her head is a dove, and I am just asking myself if our bird could have a slightly different head, for ex a bird more courageous? without being predatory, but less fat in the chi? (gorge). Please let me see 2-3 heads of birds and we might come back to the first one, but I would hate being sorry later. Please let's hurry because we are approaching the end.

we chose version "variante 1", but there is one important change: comnnect the small finger to the hand-wing line. (one connected line from the thumb to the small finger.

Try to make a round continuous line where the head meats the hand like in version "logo de base".
